Canterbury Home Loans has been developed by an experience lending and mortgage broking expert, Tony Falloon. Tony has an extensive career in finance and specialises in residential lending for both owner occupied, residential investment property and re-financing. The office is located in Harewood, but the mobile service covers all parts of Christchurch including St Albans, Sumner, New Brighton, Halswell, Lincoln and Rolleston as well as all other Canterbury suburbs.

Being locally owned and operated, we have flexible office hours so you can visit with us, or we have a mobile service so that we can meet at your home or place of work.
